Abstract

A 2-year-old female presented to the pediatric dermatology clinic with a 6-month history of multiple, monomorphic, erythematous papules located on the chest, neck, hands, vulva, and periorally. Previous treatments included topical triamcinolone, tacrolimus, and systemic cephalexin and azithromycin. The facial lesions worsened with topical steroids. A review of systems revealed no constitutional symptoms, diarrhea, or alopecia. The patient had no significant medical history and was not taking any regular medications.
