Abstract
Chloride intracellular channel 1 (CLIC1) is expressed by several malignancies, and it is involved in cell migration and metastasis. The histological growth pattern (HGP) such as desmoplastic (DGP), replacement (RGP), pushing (PGP) and mixed has been noticed in the liver metastases of colorectal, pancreatic, gastric, breast and uveal melanoma origin. The aim of this abstract is to determine the CLIC 1 immunoexpression variability amongst different liver metastasis HGP.
