Abstract
Immuno-liquid biopsy in a growing research field since the advent of immunotherapy (IT). However, both plasma liquid biopsy and IT are still immature in gliomas. Our aim was to study the levels of soluble PD-L1 (sPD-L1) in patients with gliomas according to histologic grade and IDH mutation status, and to evaluate its prognostic role and dynamic changes in sPD-L1 in a large prospective series.
