Abstract
In the small size machine like the micro machine, the construction of the parts composing it is very difficult. Moreover, the friction and the abrasion among the parts influence extremely on the motion than the conventional macro-machines. In this study, a design techniques to make the small size machines is proposed using the continuum body. Such a continuum body is called the funcional continua. By using the techunique a micro-devices model is designed.
