Abstract
In this paper, a three-dimensional vibration isolation table using semicircular arc springs, which is a seismic isolation table for horizontal directions and a vibration isolation table for vertical direction, and a vertical seismic isolation table using a rack and pinions were developed. The trial vibration isolation tables were made and their effects of vibration isolation were discussed experimentally and numerically.
