Abstract

History: We report a case of a 23-year-old male with a 3-year history of persistent multiple erythematous macules and papules with fine scaling on trunk, back, upper and lower extremities, and intertriginous areas such as the groin, axillaem and genitalia. No systemic manifestations noted. Consult was sought with a dermatologist; skins biopsy was done, was diagnosed with lichen nitidus. Topical steroids were prescribed with no relief of lesions. Interim revealed persistence of the lesions hence consult in our institution.
