Abstract

Sleep disruption (S-D) is a recognised symptom of atopic dermatitis (AD) but there is limited real-world data on patient impact. We analysed the relative burden of frequent AD-related S-D compared with infrequent/no S-D on patient-reported outcomes (PROs). Adults with physician-assessed moderate-severe AD in US, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and UK completed questionnaires capturing frequency of day-to-day AD symptoms (not flare related), the Work Productivity and Activity Impairment (WPAI), the Patient-Oriented Eczema Measure (POEM) and Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI).
