Abstract

The Luminex single antigen bead (SAB) technology is ultra-sensitive and detects all IgG donor-specific antibodies (DSA) non-selectively. In this study, we used a novel C3d-SAB assay to identify clinically relevant complement-fixing antibodies and examined the association of C3d+DSA with antibody mediated rejection (AMR) in heart transplant recipients.
