Abstract
Background: Itch and sleep disturbances are major problems for patients with prurigo nodularis (PN). The interleukin 31 receptor inhibitor nemolizumab has shown significant efficacy in improving PN lesions and itch; this post hoc analysis evaluated onset of action on pruritus and sleep disturbance.
