Abstract

A 51-year-old female presented with 3 weeks of multiple itchy plaques on her left leg and right forearm. Her medical history was significant for recent bilateral mastectomy with lymphatic drain placement for treatment of invasive ductal carcinoma. Several days after drain placement, she was started on trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole for concern of cellulitis at the drain site. Nine days later, she developed this eruption without systemic symptoms. Physical examination revealed multiple erythematous edematous plaques located on the left buttock, left thigh, and right forearm.
