Abstract
AbstractTo achieve an immersive natural 3D experience in a large screen, we developed a projection‐based 300‐Mpixel light‐field display that has a 100‐inch screen and a 40° viewing angle. Finding the best projector configuration is an important issue in generating a high‐quality 3D image, so we analyzed the luminance characteristics of the display and optimized the design to minimize the variation in the brightness of projected images.
