31.2 Neural and Clinical Alternations in ADHD in Youth With and Without a Familial Risk for Bipolar Disorder

Abstract

We used proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H MRS) and structural MRI to compare baseline clinical and neural characteristics among youth who have ADHD with and without a family history of bipolar disorder (BP) and healthy comparison (HC) youth, and differences in clinical changes between youth who have ADHD with and without a family history of BP, following treatment with mixed amphetamine salts-extended release (MAS-XR).
