Abstract

Children and teens with depression and early signs of mania are at high risk for the onset of bipolar disorder (BD), especially if they have a family history of the disorder. In this study, we examined predictors of outcome in a randomized trial of family-focused therapy (FFT) for high-risk youth, with a focus on measures that can be easily adapted to practice settings.
