Abstract
When we simulate flows on moving-grid time-dependently, the Moving-Grid Finite-Volume Method is crucial. The method was firstly proposed for compressible flows. Subsequently, the method for incompressible flows was applied to the structured grid, but it has not been applied to the unstructured grid yet. The unstructured grid is crucial to simulate flows with the complex-shaped body. On the other hand, the influence of flows driven by body-motion is important. In this paper, we propose a new Unstructured Moving-Grid Finite-Volume Method based on fractional step method for incompressible flows. Moreover, we apply this method to the coupled problem of fluid-flow and body-motion.
