Abstract
Alloimmune responses as well as autoimmunity to lung epithelial antigens have been implicated in BOS post human lung transplantation. Overall goal of our study is to determine the role of alloimmunity in exposing self antigens (Kα1Tubulin & ColV), leading to development of autoimmune responses and BOS.
