Abstract
For start torque and reliability, a ball bearing is used for posture control of a space satellite not a fluid dynamic bearing. It is Retainer Instability that cause allophone with this bearing and a torque rise. It becomes clear that torque changes when Retainer Instability occurs when a lubrication condition changes. In this research, we shot a ball bearing with a high speed camera to observe retainer behaivior when a lubrication condition changed.
