Abstract
Objective: Advanced abdominal pregnancy is a rare form of extrauterine gestation with a high morbidity and mortality which demands skilled management. Despite recent developments in antenatal care and imaging modalities, undiagnosed cases of advanced abdominal pregnancies are still reported. Case: A 25-year-old, married, gravida 2 para 1, woman presented to our hospital with diffuse abdominal pain. Her physical examination revealed stable vital signs, mild pallor, distended abdomen with a uterus size at 20 weeks’ gestation, and diffuse abdominal tenderness but no guarding or rigidity.
