Abstract
The objective of this video is to demonstrate a minimally invasive vesicovaginal fistula repair with concurrent hysterectomy in a patient with a fistula caused by a loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). Through surgical footage, we review the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative foundations of a successful fistula repair in addition to describing the unique aspects of the repair when performed at the time of hysterectomy. While this case represents an unusual circumstance given that fistulas are most often caused by hysterectomy, the same surgical principles may be applied for an excellent outcome.
