Gender clinic and single-item questionnaire-based survey data report increased co-occurrence of gender diversity and neurodevelopmental/neurodivergent conditions. However, the nuances of these associations are understudied. We utilized a transdiagnostic approach, combining both categorical and dimensional characterization of neurodevelopmental conditions, to understand their associations with gender diversity in identity and expression among children and adolescents.
