Abstract

We report a frequency comb in a NEMS resonator based on 2D semiconductor MoS <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> . By applying a single-tone excitation, equidistant spectral lines around the fundamental mode frequency are observed. The frequency spacing and the number of spectral lines can be tuned by the driving amplitude, which can be leveraged to realize NEMS frequency combs.
