Abstract

An extensive seismic experiment by use of 3-C Ocean Bottom Seismographs was performed in the central and northern part of the Vøring Basin, Northern Norway, in 1992. One part of the experiment consisted of deploying 30 OBSs with 15-30 km spacing along four NW-SE and three SW-NE profiles with lengths varying from about 100 -250 km.
