Abstract
This study is concerned with the establishment of the autonomous mobile robot system which includes obstacle recognition and path planning. Ultra sonic sensor is used to recognize obstacles on the moving direction. Proposed path planning method is used the Srinivas's method based on the geometrical, and moving path to the destination is derived by means of the information of moving direction and obstacle position. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is confirmed by simulation and experimental result.
