Abstract
In this paper, we presented a design of an automated cell supply system and its implementation for the purpose of automation of current cell-cloning technology. The aim of the system is to supply a micro-channel with mammalian donor(〜15μm) or egg(〜100μm) cells one by one. It consists of two parts such as a suction module and a PDMS based microfluidic chip. Both parts are combined with monitoring systems that use detection and tracking algorithm.
