Abstract

Men who believe they have a thin penis produce an unsatisfactory quality of sexual life. This work aims to determine if the increase of the penis in circumference brings gains in the quality of life. To determine if the increase of the circumference of the penis up to 5 cm brought an improvement in the quality of life of the 64 patients attended between 2015 to 2017. In this study, we followed 64 patients who performed the procedure in 2015, and 23 patients (35.94%) answered the questionnaire by email, whatsapp or telephone spontaneously. Among its different therapeutic functions, the use of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) for more than two decades has been highlighted in the replacement of lost volumes with the aging and filling of wrinkles and wrinkles. It is considered a permanent biomaterial, although its reliability is widely discussed.
