Abstract

In recent research, it was cleared theoretically and experimentally that non repetitive run-out (NRRO) value of the components of retainer rotation was caused by the inequality arrangement of balls contained in One bearing. But it is not thought that balls in one bearing revolve by the first arrangement state. In this paper, we experimentally observed the behavior of balls in the state that retainer revolution was stopped using the apparatus that can rotate the inner and outer ring independently. It was cleared that the balls moved periodically within clearance of retainer pocket, and the balls made the inequality arrangement themselve.
