Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, adaptations in child mental health treatment delivery methods, such as the use of telehealth, have been supported by specific changes in healthcare legislation and policy. This presentation will describe the unique role of child and adolescent psychiatrists as physician advocates in educating legislators and other decision-makers about the specific developmental needs of children and adolescents.
