Abstract

Background: Biological agents are the mainstay of treatment for moderate-to-severe psoriasis. However, some patients treated with biologics demonstrate poor clinical responses, possibly due to formation of antidrug antibodies (ADAs). We conducted a review of literature to evaluate whether the cellular lineage of the biological agent impacts ADA formation and treatment efficacy.
