Abstract
AbstractA TFT pixel circuit is presented with a reconfigurable storage capacitance. For static images the pixel uses low refresh rates and large storage capacitance to reduce power consumption. For dynamic images the large storage capacitance is disconnected to allow full charging of each pixel at high refresh rate.
