Abstract
Introduction: Updated guidelines point to early specialist referral and evidence-based management options for Chronic Idiopathic Uriticaria (CIU) that allow for quick symptom control. However, CIU patients/caregivers (P-C) continue to suffer due to delayed appropriate care initiation. Therefore, we collaborated with Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) to create separate but aligned online patient and health care provider (HCP) education to help close treatment and communication gaps. Programs were launched in April/May 2020, and remain on-demand for one year.
