Abstract
Background: Retinoic acid related orphan receptor gamma (RORγ) plays a pivotal role in Th17 differentiation, and expression and release of IL-17 from Th17 cells. AUR101 is an oral RORγ inhibitor with potential for treatment of autoimmune disorders associated with IL-17 axis. A Phase I study among healthy volunteers has shown acceptable safety and IL-17 inhibition with AUR101.
