Abstract

A 69-year-old male with a history of nonmelanoma skin cancer and follicular occlusion tetrad presented to the dermatology clinic with a 4-year history of slow-growing rhinophymatous-like changes on his nose. Physical examination demonstrated multiple indurated, red-brown nodules varying in size from 6 to 10 mm on his right nasal ala, sidewall and bilateral medial cheeks. A shave biopsy was performed and showed a dense dermal infiltrate of plasma cells without cytologic atypia and few lymphocytes.
