26279 In vitro efficacy of a topical formulation containing peptides and vitamin C developed for skin ageing

Abstract

Introduction: Peptide-C (PC) contains a biocomplex of peptides, 10% of vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and Vichy volcanic mineralizing water. Due to its low pH, it does not require any preservatives and allows for an optimized bioavailability of vitamin C in a minimalist formulation. Clinical studies demonstrated its efficacy in increasing cell turnover and in decreasing the number of facial wrinkles, while improving skin radiance.
