Abstract
Background: Student-run free clinics (SRFCs) aid the underserved, however, the pandemic ceased our institutional SRFC operations, similar to 60-70% of SRFCs among 102 reporting institutions. Teledermatology is an attractive solution decreasing the risk of communicable disease for both patients and student volunteers during a pandemic; however, our SRFC lacked a framework. After real-time teledermatology workflow implementation, we present our experience with underserved populations.
