Abstract

Our recent advancement employs lead sulfide (PbS) quantum dots (QDs) in short‐wave infrared (SWIR) photodetector towards low light night vision (LLNV). The as prepared QD SWIR photodetector showcases low dark current density(< 200 nA/cm2) and high efficiency (EQE > 50%), demonstrating QDs’ potential for superior LLNV in mobile devices.
