Abstract

We report boron based deep blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) material and its hyperfluorescence devices. Our synthesized TADF materials show EQEs of 30~39% and long device lifetime (LT90) of over 40 hrs at initial luminance of 1,000 cd/m2 with consideration of the bond dissociation energy and host engineering. The hyperfluorescence device with these TADF hosts shows the high EQE of 39.3% and 19 nm of narrow full width at half medium (FWHM) with maximum peak at 473 nm.
