Abstract

Background: Telemedicine has become a dominant method of providing dermatologic care during the COVID-19 pandemic, including asynchronous store-and-forward encounters and phone visits. We sought to determine how the COVID-19 pandemic affected utilization and access to telemedicine care for dermatologic concerns three months before (December 2019-February 2020) and during the pandemic (March-May 2020).
