Abstract

Background: Twin reversed arterial perfusion (TRAP) sequence ia a rare complications of multiple pregnancy. It is characterized by lethal anomalies (e.g acardia) exhibiting recipient fetus and a generally structurally normal pump fetus. Objective: We present a rare case of monochorionic-triamniotic triplet pregnancy complicated by twin reversed arterial perfusion sequence. Methods: A 39 -year-old patient gravida 1, para 1 with underwent in vitro fertilization treatment with transfer of two embryos resulting in a monochorionic-triamniotic triplet pregnancy diagnosed at 10 weeks of gestation.
