Abstract
A 4-year-old female with a history of cardiac transplantation for dilated cardiomyopathy presented to the dermatology consultation service for a 2-month history of widespread hyperkeratotic papules. The eruption had initially appeared on the face with subsequent involvement of the trunk and extremities. The patient’s cardiac transplantation was a year prior, and her immunosuppressive medications included oral tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil. There were no over the counter or prescription treatments that had been used for the eruption.
