Abstract

The Ultrasonic welding method allows easy welding in a short time and with a simple facility in any environment. Additionally, it has the merit of direct welding of Al/Glass without requiring flux. This paper is concerned with an experimental study on the ultrasonic welding of A1050H-H18 and Borosilicate glass. The ultrasonic welding of Al alloy and Ceramics can be accomplished under the condition t=K・Pc^n. To a limited extent, welded materials gave a welding strength and the characteristic did not change by the thermal resistance test (5℃〜200℃).
