Abstract

Introduction: Primary cutaneous Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)–positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a rare and aggressive neoplasm with a poor prognosis. There are few reports in the literature with variable presentations including erythematous macules, papules, patches or subcutaneous nodules. We present a unique case that masqueraded as preseptal cellulitis.
