Abstract

Abstract This chapter presents an Orthodox response to the suggestions by Paul McPartlan and Joseph Famerée as to what Catholics might learn from the Orthodox. It argues that such learning is not a one-way process, and that ‘eucharistic ecclesiology’, in particular, should be seen as a striking example of Receptive Ecumenism on the part of both Roman Catholics and Orthodox.
