Abstract
Retrograde ureteral stent placement by cystoscopy is the standard in patients with malignant ureteric obstruction due to advanced bladder cancer. When this fails alternative is percutaneous nephrostomy. EUS-guided transgastric internal double pigtail stent placement is an alternative and has been described.
