Abstract
The role and type of adjuvant therapy in endometrial cancer remains controversial; the benefits of any adjuvant treatment must be weighed against potential toxicities. Thus, our objective was to determine the acute toxicity of adjuvant intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) with and without adjuvant combination chemotherapy in patients with endometrial cancer.
