Abstract

The aim of this work was to evaluate the performances of the recently developed in vivo imaging device Line-Field Confocal Optical Coherence Tomography (LC-OCT, DAMAE Medical, which has a better resolution that classical OCT) compared to the Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy (CLSM, Vivascope 1500, Mavig) from a qualitative point of view and assessment of the epidermal thickness according to age. We conducted a mono-centric open-label study. A total of 17 subjects divided into three groups (3–6 months, 5–7 years and 20–25 years) were recruited.
