Abstract

Characteristics of liquid jet cleaning for a rotating wafer were experimentally investigated. Flow patterns on the rotating disk were visualized using a high speed camera. White pigment was mixed with the liquid as a tracer particles for visualization. Visualization image was binarized for the analysis of flow pattern. Surface coverage ratio was derived from the result of image analysis. Staying time of the liquid was also measured using the image analysis data.
