Abstract

Coronary artery disease (CAD) in lung transplant candidates is considered an absolute contraindication in some programs, and a relative contraindication in many programs. We have offered pre-or concomitant coronary revascularization to all lung transplant candidates with CAD, provided they were otherwise acceptable candidates. The purpose of this study is to analyze the short and medium term outcome of this group of patients.
