Abstract

The ELISA (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay) chip to detect multiple allergen proteins simultaneously was developed successfully. From pre-experimental result using nitrocellulose membrane with 1mm diameter, the quantitative change of the antigen-antibody reaction depending on amount of antibody was able to be verified. The whole time of the antigen-antibody reaction process was able to be short by shaking the antibody. Moreover, ELISA chip that immobilized four allergen proteins was fabricated, and succeeded in detecting specific allergen protein without contamination. This ELISA chip that can specify the allergen protein that causes the patient's allergic disease is useful for the hyposensitization therapy.
