Abstract

The paper describes the relation between the mode shape of the vibration energy flow and distribution transfer power by the numerical simulation. The distribution transfer power is calculated by the structural intensity, and compares the transfer power with vibration energy flow changes by changing the excitation point and the frequency. As the results, the first, the direction of the transfer power is decided at the composition rate of the weight coefficient of each natural mode that composes the vibration displacement. Next, value of the transfer power becomes small when the excitation point is in the node of the natural mode.
