Abstract
Way to conceptualization of process of rendering of assistance for aging patients allows broadening of front of joint action of psychotherapists, psychologists, sociologists, clinical geriatricians, creating valid perspectives of Russian nation. Such help is considered within the entire humankind, acute problem of mental health in contemporary world we may regard perspective of formation of successful scientific developments in the domain of geriatric help, as well as perspective of new branches of knowledge of “Homo noetic” in the new third millennium. We need breakage in psychology of workers of healthcare, researchers and patients. We need another graduate and postgraduate education, another upbringing at home and in the society. These positive shifts occur currently, giving the hope for huge success in the XXIst century. Namely on border of centuries (largely millenniums) we witness scaled rethinking of system of scientific paradigms, attitudes, priorities and values in the field of human mental health, passing various phases of his/her existence. Conditions of interaction in system “doctor-patient” change, people want to take part in their own fate, in assessment of level of their health, illness and even coming death, having possibility to choose informed partner collaboration. Largely, this is associated with change of essence and content of the entire psychiatric science, including gerontopsychiatry.
