Abstract
The Ph.D. Thesis in Three Minutes (PhD3M) competition was organized by the IEEE Solid State Circuits Society Tunisia Chapter on 23 February 2023. The contest was an opportunity for students to exchange ideas, improve their communication skills, and showcase their research work related to electrical engineering and information technology. It was intended for Ph.D. students in the final phase of their thesis and for young professionals.
